16/12/2009 I recommend getting a credit account with them. Then, if you want to return something, they just pick it up and take it off the invoice before your next payment. Getting money refunded is always a hassle.

17/10/2009 No problems ... until I stopped buying things. 2-3 times a week now I get junk mail with "20% off" or "£10 off your next order" ... where were the deals when I was actually buying?!
