17/10/2009 Argos is one of those places where the staff seem isolated. i.e. they all have their own individual way of working. I live near 2 Argos stores. One, is very helpful in both sales and returns whilst the other seems to want a court order before they'll refund you for anything.

01/10/2009 I'm one of those people that always keeps the refund receipt and checks their bank account. My wife thinks I'm nuts and has always doubted my belief that many companies, big companies even, don't always refund your card even though you've gone through the process. Thankyou Argos for proving me right! It took 3 phone calls in the end over a 2 month period but I eventually got a refund for my TV. In all honesty, every other refund has come through fine ... which is why my wife thought I was nuts ... ;)
