16/12/2009 In relation to the last comment, whenever I phone up afterwards stating that problems are wrong, Tesco refund me anyway. It is a bother, though, to have to go all the way in a do your shopping anyway because so many things are missing or out of date ... despite there being plenty of fresh stock of everything when you get to the store!
17/10/2009 Make the delivery driver wait as you check the items before signing. We have to as we always get delivered the damaged veg and out of date stock as they try to shift it.
