19/06/2010 Who in their right mind thought that selling the worst broadband service (AOL) to the worst mobile phone retailer (carphone warehouse) was a good business move? What kind of idiots are buying either service? Do they read the thousands of bad reviews and think "well maybe they'll be good for me"?

17/10/2009 I just can't cancel it! Help! You have to write to them, but when you do nothing happens and my bank says I have to close my account to stop the transactions going through. Surely this isn't legal?!
