21/12/2009 They will make every effort not to honour payback deals so make sure your claim is watertight. y claim was made online and it took several months and several e-mails before they informed me my claim was in an incorrect format and now it is too late to claim. Do not trust them !

16/12/2009 I've read on a lot of complaints boards that this company have awful customer service. But, I bought a phone with a great plan and free Nintendo DS and never had a problem so never had to call them and find out if their after sales service is any good. So, from my point of view, excellent company to get a good deal from! ;)

14/10/2009 The worst customer service I have ever experienced ! I've had at least 6 or 7 emails and a recorded delivery letter completely ignored.
