19/06/2010 Not impressed. £35 to change my number after receiving a bunch of sales calls to my supposedly ex-directory number. Then, when I tried to upgrade my phone the deals were pathetic, almost 3 times the price of what new customers get. So, I'll go be a new customer somewhere else. Bye.
16/12/2009 I heard that someone was selling t-Mobile personal data to marketers so that they could ring people up just as their contract was ending and try to sell them a new package. they can't be the only ones, I get calls every day this last week saying "we see your contract is about to end, would you like us to set you up with a new one?" only to hang up when you ask for their name.
