19/06/2010 Sick of India call centres. It doesn't count as technical support if a) the answerer has no technical knowledge at all and verbally shrugs their shoulders at every question and b) doesn't offer any support just says to try switching it off and back on again several times.
16/12/2009 I don't like the threat every time I phone up with a problem -- "if we send an engineer round and they find it is not a fault with the dish you'll be charged £100+" ... how am I supposed to know if it's the dish or my home cabling? If I were an electrical engineer I wouldn't need to call them!!
16/10/2009 Amen on the series finale problem! Intelligence, Reaper, Dexter, NCIS - you name it, Sky has suddenly been "off line" or "clashed" (without any other programs taping). Someone has a very, very poor sense of humour at Sky HQ as this has to be on purpose.
