BT Broadband - bt.com/broadband

19/06/2010 Can any Scottish person be understood by technical support services in India and vice versa? I think there should be a law passed that Scottish people should not have to spend most of their weekend repeating themselves to people that get shirty if you say you can't understand them. And I don't believe for one second that his name was really Dave.

17/10/2009 Well, I've been forced on to BT broadband because every other provider couldn't get them to fix my phone line. I had to take out BT broadband before BT would come out and fix the line. 2 weeks without broadband and I work from home! Now I'm on it, it's slower than my last modem. How is it possible to go direct with BT and end up with a slower connection?
